Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Office visits are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call 706.389.3440.
In the event of an emergency after regular business hours, please seek immediate assistance by calling 911. Should you be taken to the emergency room for evaluation, the emergency room doctor will be able to contact a cardiologist at Oconee Heart and Vascular. One of our doctors is on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
For patients who require financial assistance or who are experiencing temporary financial hardship, St. Mary’s offers several assistance and payment options, including charity and discounted care, short term and long term payment plans and online patient payment capabilities.

In order for our doctors to provide you with prompt and complete care during your visit, please be sure to bring the following with you:
- Insurance Information/cards
- All current medications — prescription bottles preferred
Appointment Cancellation Policy
In an effort to have as many appointments available to our patients as possible, it is important to give our staff 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Oconee Heart & Vascular Center may charge you a no-show fee of $50 if the 24-hour notice is not provided. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Requests for prescription refills should be made during routine office hours, Monday through Friday, and will generally be handled within 24 — 48 hours. Refill requests will not be taken after regular business hours. Please request prescription refills 10 days prior to finishing your medication.
